All communication is treated with respect and confidentiality. Any information or material you share will only be used for the purpose of providing a written response or completing agreed writing work and will not be shared with others.
Payment and refunds
Payment is required in advance for all services.
Because each response and writing project involves time and individual attention, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to get in touch.

Write to Speak and the Writing Companions are intended to support reflection, understanding and a different perspective. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, nor are they intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
