About Me
While I’m not a therapist, I’ve come to believe that meaningful communication—whether with a friend, a relative, or someone who truly listens, can be deeply healing. Simply being heard and understood has the power to bring clarity, insight, and a renewed sense of connection with yourself.

Over the years, I’ve built a broad and ever-growing foundation of understanding through both lived experience and formal learning. My journey has included exploring emotional intelligence, transpersonal psychology, counselling skills, and positive psychology — as well as many years of inner work and healing that have supported deep psychological and soul growth.
