A way to communicate through writing for deeper awareness, understanding and perspective.
Write about what you’re experiencing and receive a thoughtful, considered response in return.
Sometimes an experience can stay with you long after it’s happened. At other times, you may be trying to understand a change within yourself, a new realisation, or a sense that something in your life is ready to change.
Writing about your experience and receiving an outside perspective can bring greater awareness and understanding. It can help you reflect on what took place, recognise certain behaviours more clearly, and better understand your thoughts, feelings, needs and values.
Communicating through writing gives you time to reflect, organise your thoughts, return to the response later, and process things more clearly in your own time.
This might relate to:
-
A situation that has stayed with you
-
Something that didn’t feel right
-
A relationship dynamic
-
Something someone said or the way they behaved
-
How you responded in the moment
-
Feeling torn, conflicted or uncertain
-
Understanding what you truly want or need
-
A pattern you are beginning to notice
Who This is For
This may suit you if writing helps you think more clearly, process your experiences, or express things that can be difficult to put into words in conversation.
It may especially resonate if you value privacy, reflection, and thoughtful communication over the pressure of immediate responses or fast-paced interaction.

Who You’ll Be Writing To
A little about me and the perspective behind this work:

As someone who thinks and feels deeply, I spent much of my early life disconnected from myself — with low self-awareness, weak boundaries, and a tendency to people-please, without really understanding the impact this was having on my wellbeing.
Twenty years ago, I reached a point where I was determined to find answers for the chronic health problems I had been living with for years. That search gradually became the beginning of a deeper journey of self-realisation and a more conscious way of living, guided intuitively from the inside out.
Over time, my lived experience deepened my understanding and awareness, from which MyWell-Being grew naturally. It’s my hope that what’s offered here brings something of that same clarity for you.

Ready to Begin?
If there’s something on your mind you’d like to write about, you’re welcome to get in touch.
You can describe what happened as it is — whether it feels clear or not. Writing can help slow things down and make it easier to see what’s actually going on.
There’s no need to have everything worked out. You can begin wherever you are.
