Understanding What You Want, Need and Value
Write about a specific situation and receive a clear, considered written response.
Understanding what you want, need and value in life isn’t always straightforward, especially when you’re in the middle of a situation.

You may have experienced a moment that didn’t sit right, or found yourself thinking about what happened afterwards, and want to say what you want to say in your own words to understand it more clearly.

In these moments, it can help to put what happened into words and receive a clear, impartial perspective, so you can see the situation more fully and make sense of what’s going on for you.
This might relate to:

-
What happened
-
What was said or done
-
How you responded
-
A relationship dynamic
-
A specific interaction or conversation
-
Your reaction in a moment
-
Something that didn’t sit right
-
A pattern you’re starting to notice

Who This is For
This may suit you if you tend to think best in writing, value taking time to reflect, and appreciate a thoughtful outside perspective.

It may resonate especially if you experience the world more quietly or deeply than those around you, and value privacy over the pressure of immediate conversation.

Who You’ll Be Writing To
A little about me and the perspective behind this work:

As someone who thinks and feels deeply, I spent much of my early life disconnected from myself — with low self-awareness, weak boundaries, and a tendency to people-please, without really understanding the impact this was having on my wellbeing.

Twenty years ago, I reached a point where I was determined to find answers for the chronic health problems I had been living with for years. That search gradually became the beginning of a deeper journey of self-realisation and a more conscious way of living, guided intuitively from the inside out.
Over time, my lived experience deepened my understanding and awareness, from which MyWell-Being grew naturally. It’s my hope that what’s offered here brings something of that same clarity for you.

If you have a situation you’d like to understand more clearly, you’re welcome to get in touch.

You can describe what happened as it is — whether it feels clear or not. Writing can help slow things down and make it easier to see what’s actually going on.

There’s no need to have everything worked out. You can begin wherever you are.
